NEW:The Central Ohio Plunge (formerly at Alum Creek) will now be located in the heart of Columbus at Crew Stadium. All activities surrounding the plunge including the Post Plunge party will be held at the stadium. Plungers will be jumping into a super sized swimming pool...don't worry the water will still be cold. Join us for a day of fun and entertainment at our new venue!
Plungers are asked to raise a "bear" minimum of $75 to participate. High school and college students can participate with $50 in pledges. Last year this event raised nearly $25,000 for Special Olympics Ohio. Join the fun and help us to raise more money for the deserving Special Olympics athletes in Ohio. The Columbus plunge is one of eight Polar Bear Plunge fundraising events in Ohio througout the months of January - March, 2008.
