Take a Swim With Your Sweatheart!
The 2nd Annual Ohio University Polar Bear Plunge will take place on February 14, 2009 at Stroud's Run State Park. Bring your valentine or come alone - everyone is welcome. Plungers are asked to raise a "bear" minimum of $50 to participate. This event is hosted by the Phi Kappa Theta fraternity of Ohio University and Ohio University Police Dept. Join the fun and help us to raise more money for the deserving Special Olympics athletes in Ohio. The Ohio University plunge is one of eight Polar Bear Plunge fundraising events in Ohio througout the months of January - March, 2009.
There will be a Post Plunge Party at the campus BW3's. Prizes will be awarded for top fundraisers and top fundraising team. There will be free wings for plungers.
