The 3rd Annual Cedar Point Polar Bear Plunge will take place on Saturday,February 9, 2008. Plungers are asked to raise a "bear" minimum of $75 to participate. Last year this event raised over $20,000 for Special Olympics Ohio. Join the fun and help us to raise more money for the deserving Special Olympics athletes in Ohio. The Cedar Point plunge is one of nine Polar Bear Plunge fundraising events in Ohio througout the months of January - March, 2008.
A small block of hotel rooms have been reserved at the Quality Inn & Suites for February 8 and 9, 2008 at the rate of $59.95 per night. Plungers must make their own payment and reservations. To reserve a room call 1.800.654.3364 and mention that you are with the Special Olympics Polar Plunge.
